Following the completion of the purchase, and after the buyer has provided the seller with details of the buyer’s media device for installation of the work, the seller will, within, 15 days, provide the buyer with a USB containing the work, a certificate of authenticity for the work, a guide and the artist’s supervision for installation of the work in the buyer’s media device.

The buyer of this lot authorises Sotheby’s to pass the buyer’s contact details to the seller for the purpose of the seller making arrangements for the transfer of the USB containing the digital work to the buyer.

Executed in 2020/2021, this work is specially commissioned by Jay Chou for the occasion of the inaugural Contemporary Curated: Asia | Jay Chou x Sotheby's.

拍賣結束後，得標者將向賣家提供播放軟件及裝置硬件相關細項，賣家將於15天內為買家提供存載《瀑布 - 流沙》數碼檔案的USB、作品保證書、作品裝置說明書以及符合上述裝置硬件的藝術家裝置監督

故此，此拍品得標者將同意授權蘇富比把得標者的聯繫方式提供給賣家，以便拍賣結束後上述拍品之轉交。
